As of September 1st, 2011 a bill sponsored by Rodney Anderson (WY), Joe Driver(TX), Allen Miller Fletcher(VT), Linda Harper-Brown(?) and Florence Shapiro(TX) -Texas bans use of scramblers on street and highways.
